Service call pricing

For small repairs and general maintenance, we charge a flat service call fee based on the type of work required. Each service call covers up to 2 hours of labor. For larger projects, we offer custom quotes based on materials, labor, and project scope.

Standard Service Call - $75

Standard service call covers basic repairs & maintenance.*

With rollover hours and customized solutions, we help you keep your properties looking their best while staying within budget.

essential - $500/mo

Ideal for small property owners or homeowners who need basic upkeep and routine maintenance.

  • 5 hours of service per month

  • General Handyman Services: Basic repairs, light fixtures, small installations

  • Routine Property Inspections: Monthly inspection for common issues (e.g., leaks, electrical safety, HVAC system check)

  • Seasonal Maintenance: Prepping your home for seasonal changes (e.g., winterizing, gutter cleaning)

  • Priority Scheduling for non-emergency services

    Bonus: Unused hours roll over.

premium - $1,200/mo

For real estate investors or property managers who need regular maintenance and larger-scale services to keep their properties in top condition.

  • 12 hours of service per month

  • All services in the Basic Package

  • Up to 4 Emergency Service Calls per month (response within 24 hours)

  • Full Property Maintenance: Including minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair

  • Specialized Cosmetic Upgrades: Painting, drywall repairs, small renovations to enhance property value

  • Monthly Preventative Maintenance

Services Included:

  • 20 hours of service per month

  • All services in the Premium Package

  • Up to 6 Emergency Service Calls per month (response within 24 hours)

  • Full Property Maintenance: Including minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair

  • Energy Efficiency Upgrades: Installing energy-efficient windows, insulation, and weatherproofing

  • Specialized Cosmetic Upgrades: Painting, drywall repairs, small renovations to enhance property value

  • Monthly Preventative Maintenance

  • Priority Scheduling for all services

  • 15% Discount on additional services and materials

    Bonus: Unused hours roll over, and we’ll notify you when you’ve used 75% of your monthly allocation.

All retainer packages are prepaid on a monthly basis. Material costs and discounted labor fees are deducted from the retainer. When 75% of your retainer has been used, we will notify you to replenish your package. Any unused retainer hours can be rolled over to the following month. After each service call, retainer clients will receive a summary of work completed and the remaining hours available.
